While serving as Director of Design for Central Park, Patricia McCobb established a name for herself as an award-winning designer of numerous public park projects. McCobb oversaw the reconstruction of a significant portion of the park with the intent to restore the quality of details and materials to a level not seen in the park since it was first built.
In establishing her firm, she has carried the same quality of design work to other parks and private landscapes beyond Central Park. McCobb seeks to create design solutions where landscape and architecture are brought together in a strong unified vision with a resulting indelible sense of place.
